“Play” has always been where I feel most alive, whether through movement, travel, nature, or connecting with the people I love. You’ll often find me lounging in the grass, riding my bike, hosting backyard BBQs, or scheming about my next vacation. Much of 2026 has been spent fulfilling my lifelong dream of living abroad by pet sitting my way across Europe!
These adventures haven’t always been possible for me. My own experience with chronic pain has made the connection between trauma, the body, and healing especially meaningful to me. Trauma and chronic pain can make life feel small. They can shape our relationships, our bodies, and the way we see ourselves. I believe that as humans, we all crave that playfulness and freedom. I am passionate about supporting others to find their own sense of play to create the life they want.
I work with adults navigating complex trauma, chronic pain, sexual trauma, addiction and compulsive patterns, attachment wounds, anxiety and depression. Many of my clients already understand their patterns and still can’t seem to change them.
Those patterns are not permanent.
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I primarily use Brainspotting, along with IFS-informed parts work, and Reiki when it feels aligned. I bring advanced training to this work along with compassion, warmth, curiosity, and humor.
Life can be expansive again. My work is about helping you return to your body, reconnect with your truest self, and create your own sense of “play.”
